How to Celebrate Community Association Managers

1. Public Acknowledgment
- Post on social media to highlight the holiday and spotlight your managers with photos and success stories. Download customizable templates and use the hashtag #IntlCAMDay.
- Write a newsletter feature dedicated to the achievements of your managers for your community to read.
2. Gifts and Awards
- Send a gift card for a local restaurant or a thoughtful gift basket of their favorite snacks and drinks.
- Present a certificate of appreciation or an award to acknowledge specific accomplishments and milestones.
3. Events
- Organize a brunch in their honor and invite members of the community to celebrate together.
- Host an office celebration with treats and decorations, that includes a few words from leadership and colleagues.
4. Professional Development Opportunities
- Offer training opportunities to further their career development, such as courses, workshops, or certifications.
- Send them to an industry conference to network with peers and further their education in community management best practices.
