Understanding the End of TOPS PRO Support: What It Means for You

We’ve heard some funny rumors from our competitors that we’re “shutting down TOPS”—so we want to be up front and take the right steps to set the record straight. Our cloud-based management software, Central, isn’t going anywhere. We are simply ending support for our 24-year-old legacy software, TOPS PRO.

What You Need to Know

  1. This does not affect any customers on our current product, Enumerate Central, formerly known as TOPS ONE.
  2. TOPS PRO hasn’t been sold in over a decade. It was a 24-year-old desktop version of software that we have since transitioned to a modern, cloud-based software platform, allowing our customers to access their property management software from any device and from anywhere.
  3. Customers who choose to remain on TOPS PRO certainly may; however, we will no longer provide active support or new feature updates for this retired software. Each legacy customer has been contacted personally and provided with options and support for migrating to our latest, award-winning community management software, Enumerate Central.
  4. If you are currently a TOPS PRO customer and ready to migrate to our current award-winning community management software, we are here and ready to assist you.
