Feature Spotlight: Automatic Deposit Refunds through Facility Reservation System

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Here at ComWeb, we are constantly hard at work developing tools and features that make managing associations easier. We’re excited to reveal our newest feature update: Automatic Deposit Refunds through our Facility Reservation System in HomePage CMS!

Managing reservation deposit refund just got a lot easier. With our Auto-Refund feature, the deposit amount will automatically be returned to the resident 10 days after the reservations date if no action is taken on the website prior.

No worries though – full or partial refunds of reservations deposits can still be processed manually before the 10 day period. Now managers have the peace of mind knowing that deposit refunds are being returned to the customer in a timely manner without manual work on your end.
