We have a two-way sync with our VMS integration. Residents can update their contact data on the portal, and the portal will synchronize this data so the updates also show within your VMS system. Any association documents uploaded to your VMS can be synced into our portals. These folders can also have access permissions applied, making it easy to manage sensitive documents. Our resident directory can be configured to be visible to every logged in user, or just the board members. We know privacy is important to you and your residents, which is why we allow residents to control the level of information shared in the directory.
