Our highest honor recognizes an individual whose leadership, dedication, and service has made a lasting difference in their community. This award celebrates someone who consistently inspire others, strengthens connections, and elevates the experience of residents, volunteers, staff, and board members alike.

The winner and their community or management company will each receive a $500 gift card, a physical award, and be featured in a story on Enumerate's website and social media.

Recognizes a board member whose volunteer leadership has strengthened their community through vision, collaboration, and commitment. This award honors someone who brings people together, encourages engagement, and helps guide their association toward continued success and shared achievement.

The winner will receive a $250 gift card, a physical award, and be featured in a story on Enumerate's website and social media.

Celebrates a community manager whose work has created meaningful, measurable improvements within their community. This award recognizes an individual who solves challenges, drives positive change, and delivers results that enhance the resident experience and support long-term community success.

The winner will receive a $250 gift card, a physical award, and be featured in a story on Enumerate's website and social media.

How Are Winners Chosen?

Alignment with the award's mission
Number and strength of nominations
Evidence of measurable impact or improvement

A panel from Enumerate will review all nominations and select the winners based on the above criteria.

What To Include In Your Nomination

When submitting your nomination, please clearly describe how the nominee is making a positive impact in their community by driving efficiency, fostering engagement, or making community living easer—and include, where possible, specific examples or measurable outcomes (such as improvements in operations, resident satisfaction, time savings, or participation rates).

You may submit only one nomination, but we encourage you to share this form with others in your community so they can recognize impactful individuals too.

Eligibility criteria: Nominee must be associated with an active Enumerate customer (e.g. current employee of management company or board member or resident of organization that uses Enumerate. Enumerate employees are not eligible.)

Please submit nominations by September 30, 2026.

Rights and Permissions
By submitting a nomination, you agree to allow Enumerate to:
- Use content submitted for promotional purposes (with credit where appropriate).
- Share the nominee's and nominator's name, image, and story across public channels including but not limited to websites, social media, and emails.
Disqualification
Enumerate reserves the right to disqualify:
- Incomplete or false submissions.
- Nominations that do not meet eligibility requirements.
- Any attempt to tamper with or unfairly influence the voting process.
General Conditions
- Enumerate reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the program due to unforeseen circumstances.
- All decisions by Enumerate and its judging panel are final and binding.
- Participation in the program constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Enumerate is not responsible for:
- Technical errors, lost, late, or misdirected entries.
- Any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from participation.
- Any claims arising from the use of submitted materials. Participation in the Program is at your own risk.
Publicity, Privacy, and Data Use

By participating in the Program, you consent to Enumerate's collection, processing, and use of your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. This includes use of your name, likeness, and submission content for purposes related to the Program, including promotional and marketing efforts, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Personal data will be handled responsibly and only as necessary to administer and promote the Program.
