Earlier this month, the Enumerate team joined community association professionals from across the industry at CAI Annual 2026, and we left energized by the conversations, connections, and ideas shared throughout the event.
From product demos to our Numa AI Happy Hour, the week was full of meaningful discussions, new relationships, and plenty of fun. Most importantly, it reinforced what so many in this industry are focused on right now: helping management teams reduce busy work, better support homeowners, and create stronger communities.
At our booth, our sales and product teams hosted a steady stream of personalized product demos including personalized walk throughs of our newly launched Numa AI for many of our customers, prospects, and partners. These conversations gave us the opportunity to hear directly from community association professionals about the challenges they are working through every day, from administrative overload to homeowner communication to improving internal workflows.
One theme came up again and again: teams are looking for ways to spend less time chasing tasks and more time solving the issues that matter most.
For some, the answer is AI. For others, it starts with better operating structure, cleaner processes, and more efficient workflows. What we heard throughout the week is that the strongest path forward is often both. When smart technology is paired with strong operations, management teams can move faster, communicate more clearly, and deliver a better experience for boards and homeowners.

Beyond automation and efficiency, the conversations kept coming back to people. Homeowners want timely answers. Boards want confidence. Managers want tools and processes that make it easier to provide both.
Whether the topic was accounting, communication, compliance, daily operations, or homeowner support, the goal was consistent: make it easier for community management teams to serve their communities well.
That focus is central to how we think about the future of community management technology. The goal is not just to automate more work. It is to remove the repetitive work that gets in the way of more meaningful service.
Of course, CAI Annual was not all demos and discussions. This year, we brought a little extra fun to the show floor with our “Every Community Needs a Hero” AI photobooth and superhero persona quiz.
Attendees stopped by to discover their community superhero persona, snap a photo, and take a quick break from the busy conference schedule. It was a fun way to celebrate the community association professionals who keep things running every day, often behind the scenes.
We also loved seeing so many people stop by for swag, giveaways, snacks for the road, and our community-themed socks. They were a crowd favorite, so let us know if you did not get a pair.

One of the highlights of the week was our Numa AI Happy Hour, cohosted with our partners at ReadyRESALE. We celebrated the recent launch of Numa AI with customers, prospects, partners, and the Enumerate team.
Hosted after hours at Solera Bar at The Diplomat, the reception brought everyone together for HOA-themed signature cocktails, Miami street food appetizers, and great conversation. It was the perfect way to continue the discussions happening throughout the conference in a more relaxed setting.
Numa AI was a natural part of so many conversations at CAI Annual. Teams are looking for practical ways to reduce repetitive tasks, respond faster, and create more space for the human side of community management. The excitement around Numa AI reflected that larger industry momentum.


Another theme we heard throughout the week was the industry’s growing focus on transparency, especially around financial clarity and evolving expectations for management companies, associations, and their partners.
Conversations around legislation in California, earnings credit transparency, and the broader impact of financial disclosure requirements reminded us that the industry continues to evolve. For community management teams, clarity and trust are becoming more important than ever.
Technology has a role to play here, too. The right tools should not only make work easier. They should also help create consistency, visibility, and confidence for boards, homeowners, and management teams.
