Flexible reservation calendar options make it easy to set available days, hours, and headcount limits for all HOA amenities. Multiple residents can make reservations for the same time slot until the amenity’s maximum capacity is reached. Reservations can be set to be automatically approved – or you can require that all reservations be approved by an administrator.

Our user-friendly reservation calendars make it simple for residents to see the number of available reservation openings and schedule their reservation on their HOA mobile app or community website. Automated email notifications to the resident confirm new reservations and provide status updates for reservation requests when admin approval is required.
