Session 1: Meet the Numa AI Agents

Session 1: Meet the Numa AI Agents

In the first session of Numa AI Live: New Features. Real Workflows., we introduced the first wave of Numa AI Agents and showed how teams can delegate repetitive work directly within Enumerate Central—without giving up control.
From month-end to owner charges, journal entries, and prepaids, the session gave attendees a first look at what it means to give Numa the job, not just the question.
Watch the session on demand to see the Numa AI Agents in action and hear more about the thinking behind the first wave.

Key Takeaways

Numa is moving from answers to action

Numa AI was designed around three ways to help teams work more efficiently: Ask, Do, and Delegate.

Ask Numa helps you find what you need from your Central data. Numa's Skills help make work easier within existing workflows. And now, Numa AI Agents introduce the ability to delegate defined tasks and get the work back for review and approval.

That last piece represents an important shift. Instead of only asking Numa a question, you can give it a job to do.

Four Agents ready to take on the busywork

The first wave of Numa AI Agents focuses on common, time-consuming accounting workflows:

Month-End Agent reviews key reconciliation points—including the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, Aged AP, and Aged AR—to identify discrepancies before the books close.

Owner Charges Agent builds a draft of owner and scheduled charges, including codes, amounts, homes, and post dates, so your team can review rather than start from scratch.

Journal Entry Agent uses the community's own chart of accounts to build a complete, balanced journal entry for review.

PrePaids Agent identifies eligible owners and drafts their prepaid credits, reducing the manual work required to determine who qualifies.

Four different jobs, but the same idea: hand off the repetitive work so your team can focus its attention where it matters most.

Your team still has the final say

Delegating work to Numa doesn't mean handing over control.

Across the Agents, the experience follows a consistent approach: Numa drafts. Your team decides. Your team can review the work, make changes, and approve it before anything posts through Central. Agents also work with the data and rules already within Central.

That propose-and-approve approach is what allows teams to take advantage of AI while keeping people at the center of the final decision.
