The Challenge

Marseilles Condominium is a boutique association with 49 units, located on the southern shore of Lake Pontchartrain in New Orleans, Louisiana. Each unit features unique designs and lake views, with amenities including a saltwater pool, heated spa, fitness center, party room, parking, and 24-hour security.

As a self-managed association with limited resources, managing operations and accounting was time-consuming and inefficient. Prior to upgrading, the team relied on TOPS Pro and a mix of digital and physical records, making reporting and day-to-day financial management difficult and time-intensive.
