How is pricing determined?
Pricing is determined based on the size of your association(s) and the level of services you would like provided. For software customers, our minimum monthly cost is $500.

Can I customize my package?
All software packages include a full suite of accounting, payments, operations and resident communications tools. From there, you can add on additional features to meet your needs for scale or efficiency.

Are there implementation or onboarding fees?
All customers receive training from our best in class onboarding team and through Enumerate University. There is a one-time cost for implementation which covers our migration of your data from your existing accounting solution or software provider.

Do you require an annual contract?
Yes, we require an annual contract to ensure you have time to learn the software and get the full value of scaling your operations with it.
