Behind every thriving community is someone making a difference.
It might be a board member who volunteers countless hours to guide their association. A community manager who improves communication and resident engagement. Or a leader who brings people together and helps their community navigate challenges and opportunities.
These individuals are often the driving force behind successful communities, yet their contributions can go unrecognized.
That's why nominations are now open for the 2026 Enumerate Customer Awards.
What are the Enumerate Customer Awards? Last year, we launched the inaugural Enumerate Customer Awards with the goal of recognizing one outstanding individual.
What quickly became clear was that there wasn’t just one story worth celebrating.
We received inspiring nominations about dedicated board members volunteering their time to strengthen their communities, community managers driving meaningful improvements for residents and boards alike, and many individuals whose leadership, innovation, and commitment helped their communities thrive.
The response was so inspiring that one award simply wasn't enough.
As a result, the program evolved into three awards that recognize the many people who help communities thrive:
Together, these awards reflect what we learned from our inaugural program: thriving communities are built through the dedication of people serving in different roles, each making a unique contribution to their community's success.

Great leaders rarely seek recognition, but they certainly deserve it.
Taking a few minutes to nominate someone isn't just about celebrating their accomplishments. It's about acknowledging the impact they've had on the people around them and the communities they serve.
Every nomination tells a story worth sharing. By recognizing community leaders, we're also shining a light on the ideas, innovation, and dedication shaping the future of community management.
These stories remind us what's possible. They inspire peers, elevate teams, and showcase the meaningful work happening in communities every day. By celebrating those making a difference today, we encourage even more leaders to continue raising the bar tomorrow.
Whether your nominee is a dedicated board member, an innovative community manager, or someone who consistently goes above and beyond for their community, your nomination helps ensure their contributions don't go unnoticed.
As we enter the second year of the Enumerate Customer Awards, we're excited to continue recognizing the individuals whose dedication strengthens communities across the country.
If you know someone whose leadership, service, or innovation deserves recognition, we encourage you to nominate them. Together, we can celebrate the people who are helping build stronger, more connected communities every day.
