A Recognition Program Inspired by Our Customers

What are the Enumerate Customer Awards? Last year, we launched the inaugural Enumerate Customer Awards with the goal of recognizing one outstanding individual.

What quickly became clear was that there wasn’t just one story worth celebrating.

We received inspiring nominations about dedicated board members volunteering their time to strengthen their communities, community managers driving meaningful improvements for residents and boards alike, and many individuals whose leadership, innovation, and commitment helped their communities thrive.

The response was so inspiring that one award simply wasn't enough.

As a result, the program evolved into three awards that recognize the many people who help communities thrive:

• Community Excellence, honoring an individual whose leadership, dedication, and service have made a lasting impact on their community.
• Community Champion, recognizing a board member whose volunteer leadership has strengthened their association.
• Community Impact, celebrating a community manager whose work has delivered meaningful improvements for their community.

Together, these awards reflect what we learned from our inaugural program: thriving communities are built through the dedication of people serving in different roles, each making a unique contribution to their community's success.
